Once you have chosen your property we will guide you through the following steps:
* We will contact to ensure the property is still available
* Preliminary contract is drawn up to secure the property and a 10% Deposit is required by cash or bank transfer at this point.
* Your limited company is set up
* All company documentation is prepared
* Limited company documentation is translated in to English
* Bulgarian bank account is opened
* Remaining balance is required 30 days period from the date of signing the preliminary contract.
* Property is then transferred into purchaser’s name.
* Title deeds received by us.
* Title deeds are translated in to English
* Both Bulgarian and English versions of paperwork are sent to Purchaser
