Meet the team

	Georgi Stankov (Managing Director) Georgi, left school and went straight into the military. After completing his military service, he studied law in Burgas University. He then spent several years in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, nurturing his business acumen in the hospitality field. For the last five years Georgi has built his agency from very humble beginnings to a very successful venture, including, developing, selling and renovating properties, with many happy customers to show for it.
	Carole Baez (Sales Manager) Carole moved here last year and is our Sales Manager, she was a cival servant for a number of years in the UK, and moved here for a better life. she is well conversant with the Bulgarian way of living and is always available to answer your questions.
	Nick Gittings (UK Sales Manager) Nick spent 6 years in the military. He has spent 14 years in the IT industry, culminating in his accreditation of UK and NATO security clearance. Nick has spent the last two years creating and developing his own property portfolio in Bulgaria. He brings his experience from the public sector and his time in Bulgaria to the company as our Sales manager, managing client’s requirements in both the UK and Bulgaria.
	Sylvia Parusheva (Office Manager) Silvia started working in the estate agency field straight out of school. Has spent the last three years gaining a wealth of experience. In addition she has been keeping up with her studies in her spare time. She now runs the Elhovo office and you will always find a welcoming smile waiting for you.
	Vince Uzunov (Regional Agent) Vince joined the military straight out of school. In the past Vince has had a varied career and in the last two years has become a great asset to the company as an agent, because of his local knowledge and great people skills.
	Georgi Dimitrov (Building associate) Georgi’s family has a pure thoroughbred in the building trade. The family consists of Architects who can assist you in any planning or renovating your home. Surveyors who can advise and guide through any land issues you may have including getting planning permission. A large building firm, who can assist you in any construction project, from a small renovation to a completely new build. They also own their own builders merchants where you can find competitive prices on everything from a nail to a new roof.
