Due to several years of continued media exposure Bulgaria’s reputation for offering low cost properties has grown. The popular Black Sea coastal resorts of Sunny Beach and Golden Sands have in our opinion become over subscribed with holiday apartments and hotels, to this end we have seen a beginning of stagnation in prices of both new and resale properties there.
As a company we are specializing in selling rural properties between one and two hours drive from the coastal regions which offer substantial land parcels coupled with large stable living accommodation. These properties offer excellent value for money and offer our clients with the opportunity to personalize their property as they conduct their renovation which is required to 90 per cent of rural properties.
We have three areas where we offer a vast array of rural properties. The first area in the north runs north from the Shumen to Varna motorway and then extends north to the Romanian border. This area is largely undiscovered by the English market and therefore currently offers excellent value for money.
The second area is the middle region of the eastern side of the country, which runs southwards of the Varna and Shumen area down to the Balkan Mountains in Sliven. Lastly the area, which runs further southward, this is from the road which runs from Burgas to Elhovo onto the Turkish and Greek borders. The latter two areas, due to their proximity to Burgas and Sunny Beach are a little more popular with English clients and therefore the prices are a little inflated in these areas.
All these areas offer their own merits and they are all very beautiful. With Bulgaria being roughly the same size as England and a population, which is, approx 300000 less than London there is plenty of opportunity and ideal space to live your life.
